Hinckley Overlanding GOAT Camper Trailer Breaks into the Scene

Is this the greatest camper trailer of all time?

Hinckley Overlanding breaks into the scene with their rendition of a camper trailer they call the GOAT.

That stands for greatest of all time, so if you were scratching your head at the lack of horns, now you know why.

Hinkley Overlanding seems confident in their first camper trailer, but is it truly the greatest of all time? It’s a difficult question to answer, so why don’t we just get into the meat, and you can judge for yourself?

The GOAT is built for strength and, as such, features a 3/16-inch steel plate base and a 14-gauge heavy-duty steel shell construction.

As for the suspension, the guys at Hinckley gave this indomitable invention around two thousand pounds of half-axle torsion and 8000 pounds of stabilizing corner jacks.

The GOAT camper trailer features versatility and storage space

Beyond durability, Hinckley says that versatility is their most significant focal point, with heavy-duty mounting racks included for tents or gear.

With over 64,000 cubic inches of storage space available, it accommodates nearly anything you would want to bring on your trip.

The GOAT camper trailer also features a removable tongue and a 2-inch receiver-style hitch for ease of transport and storage.

The last thing included with purchasing the GOAT is a few customization options. Because who would say no to some choice?

There is even an option for a ten-foot mast

An array of eight colors allows you to find what matches your tastes better. If the choices aren’t what you’re looking for, Hinckley will even paint the GOAT the same color as your towing vehicle.

Additional options are available for purchase if you want a little extra oomph in your camper.

A power package with solar options, light packages, a fridge and gear slide package, a swath of tent and awning options, and a small list of additional options are available to order with your camper.

There is even an option for a ten-foot mast for high-output, low-energy LED lighting, communications, or surveillance video.

If you camp out for long periods, that could be more than helpful; it could be life-saving. That seems to be the theme of Hinckley’s first camper trailer: squeezing as much function out of as little as they can.

If you want a GOAT camper trailer for yourself, they sell for around 11,000 dollars.

So, is the GOAT camper trailer the greatest of all time? That depends on what you consider important for your camping needs.

Is it durable and gets the job done? You bet.

Head to the comments and let us know what you thought of the GOAT camper trailer from Hinckley Overlanding. We love to hear your feedback!
